編む − 和歌山

特殊な製法で暖かインナー専用に紡績された弊社オリジナルの綿糸を、和歌山の熟練のニッターが旧式の編み機を使用してゆったりと柔らかく編み立てます。

Knitting − Wakayama

Our original cotton yarn spun with a special manufacturing method, especially for warm inner wear is woven for comfort and softness by skilled knitters from Wakayama using old-fashioned knitting machines.

染める − 大阪

筒状に編み上げられた生地は優れた技術を持つ大阪の染工場へ。柔らかい風合いを損なわないように、生地にできるだけテンションをかけずに染められます。

Dyeing − Osaka

The material woven into tubular form is then taken to a dying factory in Osaka with superior technology. The dying process places as little tension as possible on the material to preserve its softness.

裏起毛する − 大阪

染め上がった生地の肌面に起毛をかけます。丸編みで筒状に編まれた生地は熟練の職人のもと、筒状のままでムラなく均一に裏起毛が施されていきます。

Brushing − Osaka

The surface of the dyed material is then napped. The material woven into a tubular form by circular knitting is then napped evenly on the rear as well by veteran craftspeople while retaining its tubular form.

整える − 大阪

裏起毛がかかった生地は定められた幅にセットされて仕上がります。柔らかく風合いを重視して作られている生地はこの工程を経て物性面でも安定したものとなります。

Setting − Osaka

The material napped on the reverse side is then finished to a set length. This process gives the material stable physical properties emphasizing a soft feel.

検反する − 大分

仕上がった生地は大分県国東半島の自社工場に運ばれます。2020年秋に新しく出来た明るい建屋の中で生地に問題や不良が無いかチェックをされます。

Fabric Inspection − Oita

The finished material is then taken to our factory on the Kunisaki Peninsula in Oita Prefecture. It is checked for problems or imperfections in the bright building newly completed in the fall of 2020.

裁つ − 大分

検反後、ゆがみやシワを丁寧に調整した後、製品のパターンに沿って裁断されていきます。脇部分に縫い目のない生地の為、生地が無駄になる部分も減らすことができます。

Cutting − Oita

After the fabric inspection, any warping or wrinkles are carefully corrected before cutting according to the product patterns. There is no stitching for the underarm, which reduces the amount of waste material generated.

縫う − 大分

裁断された生地パーツを創業から80年以上の歴史の中で培われた技術で縫い合わせていきます。袖下や股下にはフラットな縫い目で肌ストレスを軽減する特殊な縫製を施します。

Sewing − Oita

The cut cotton parts are sewn together using techniques we have refined over more than 80 years in business since our founding. Our special sewing method minimizes stress on the skin with flat seams at the bottom of the sleeves and inseams.

仕上げる − 大分

縫い上がった製品は国東半島内の別の建屋に運ばれ、一枚一枚、アイロンをかけられた後に畳まれていきます。こうして綿100%の肌にやさしい暖かインナーが出来上がります。

Finishing − Oita

The sewn products are taken to another building on the Kunisaki Peninsula to be individually ironed and folded. This is how we create 100% cotton warm inner wear gentle on your skin.
